Izzy Ralsten, a California-native goaltender, founded Ralsten Selects in 2026 with a vision of creating a high-level development and showcase experience for elite players. After beginning his youth career with the Anaheim Jr. Ducks, Izzy moved to the East Coast to play junior hockey in the NCDC with the Islanders Hockey Club. He went on to compete at the NCAA Division III level with Bryn Athyn College and King’s College before finishing his playing career professionally in the FPHL with the Watertown Wolves.

Following his playing career, Izzy transitioned into coaching and player advising, working with Boston Hockey Academy and currently serving as an Advisor for Center Ice Player Management. Driven by a deep passion for the game, he built Ralsten Selects to give back to the next generation — prioritizing player development, exposure, and an elite experience while keeping the game fun and competitive.
